The Cedar Rapids Audubon Society is spnsoring a Bald Eagle Watch & Expo on February 4th from 10 am to 3 pm.

The attached flyer describes the event and the two different event options.  The first is a Outdoor Viewing below Coralville Dam and the second is an Indoor Expo with speakers.  Linda & Robert Scarth are speaking at 11:30 and I have been told they do a great job!
