Greater Cedar Rapids Area Help-Portrait is currently looking for photo editors who have Lightroom or Photoshop, and who are willing to volunteer their time & skills to edit family portraits at our yearly event on Saturday December 3rd. Set up starts at 7am, shooting begins at 9am, the last family goes through at 2:40 and we are out by 4pm. You will be organizing, editing, cropping and saving photos as well as sending to batch to print and saving to folders and back-up drives. Help-Portrait is a worldwide movement of photographers using their time, equipment, and expertise to give back to people less fortunate during the holiday season.
What this means:
Set up photography stations and give less fortunate families of the greater Cedar Rapids area the ability to get high-quality professional photos of individuals/families and leave with printed photos free of charge.
